Synopsis of The Kill Hole 2012:

Haunted Iraq War veteran Lt. Samuel Drake (Chadwick Boseman) is working the night shift as a cab driver in Portland when he's approached by a pair of executives (Peter Greene and Ted Rooney) with an offer he can't refuse. AWOL Marine sniper Sgt. Devin Carter (Tory Kittles) has been eliminating members of the contracting firm while hiding out in the Oregon mountains, and the executives want him dead.
